We are looking for first class dedicated customer service advisors to join our expert team at our head office at this busy and exciting time of the year.
Working in our head office set on the edge of the Cotswold’s, you will be talking to our customers across all of our channels, including telephone, email, social media and live chat as well as managing customer orders, concerns and any issues. You’ll have a passion for customer service and have excellent proven customer service skills, always working with the customer in mind. Your enthusiasm will show as you add your own unique style to every contact that you handle, from resolving any service issues to recommending our products.
Successful candidates will receive full product and system training to get you ready to join our established team in delivering the exceptional level of customer service that our customers expect.
This full time position (37.5 hours) is for week commencing 7th October for 15 weeks. There is also a potential for paid overtime.
